ERA.be — Connecting people and property across Belgium
ERA.be is the central digital platform of ERA Belgium, bringing together its property portfolio, services and extensive network of local real estate offices. Visitors can search thousands of properties for sale or rent, find their local ERA office and access services for buying, selling, renting and investing in real estate.
With more than 140 affiliated offices and 600 real estate professionals across Belgium, the website connects a large national property offering with ERA's strong local presence. ERA reports close to one million website visitors per month, making the platform an important digital touchpoint for property seekers, sellers and the ERA network.
Behind the customer-facing experience is an extensive integration with Salesforce, connecting the website with ERA's underlying processes and data. This close integration makes ERA.be much more than a property website: it forms an important digital link between online visitors, property information, leads and ERA's network.
ERA & Infanion — Taking over a business-critical platform
In 2025, Infanion took over the technical responsibility for ERA.be from the previous development partner. The transition included the website's maintenance and support, hosting and further development, with a strong focus on ensuring continuity for a high-traffic platform that plays an important role in ERA's day-to-day business.
Taking over an existing platform requires a different approach from building one from scratch. Our team had to gain an in-depth understanding of the existing application, infrastructure and integrations — including the extensive connection with Salesforce — while keeping the platform stable and available.
Infanion is responsible for keeping ERA.be secure, reliable and performing, while continuing to develop and improve the platform. Keeping a business-critical platform running and continuously evolving it to create lasting impact.
