Automated Shipment Tracking — Automating shipment follow-up and reporting
Automated Shipment Tracking is a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution for Bleckmann, built with UiPath. It identifies shipments with missing statuses in BlueRock, checks carrier Track & Trace websites and retrieves delivery information. The RPA then generates and uploads the event files needed to update BlueRock.
The solution works across multiple carriers, including DHL, UPS, Royal Mail, PostNL and bpost. It also generates and automatically distributes regional tracking reports for Belgium, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States. These reports bring shipment, carrier, SLA and exception information together, helping teams focus on shipments that need further attention.
