Recruiters can match candidates with vacancies, manage their recruitment pipeline and communicate through integrated WhatsApp, email and phone tools. Connections with Bright, VDAB, Indeed and Jooble link Miles with the systems and channels used throughout the recruitment process.
Miles also brings company onboarding, digitally signed cooperation agreements and staff planning into the same environment. Performance dashboards provide insight per recruiter and office, while AI-assisted content creation helps teams prepare recruitment content.
