The e-commerce solution of Woodix Toys (www.woodixtoys.com), a Belgian-Indian based company specialized in handmade wooden toys, is bridged by Infanion.

Woodix Toys decided to bridge its sales and supply activities in the offline and online worlds to increase the efficiency of its sales channel and supply chain, to reduce human and manual input in its sales and supply activities and to improve its customer satisfaction. To achieve these objectives Woodix Toys partnered with Infanion. • Integration with the Taxipost courier services. The shipping documents for local deliveries are automatically created.
• An easy to use and intuitive back-end web application to manage orders, create sales reports, gather financial reports for accounting and much more.
